Labrador Tea is a small, edible evergreen shrub found in Canada and the northern United States. It has narrow, leathery leaves, white flowers, and woolly hairs. It usually grows up to 0.9 meters tall but is often smaller. The leaves are green on top, with rolled edges and a woolly brown underside. It’s easy to spot when its small, white, five-petaled flowers bloom from late May to early June.
